Gaasly in your assistant

Every Marketing Tool You Need, Inside Your AI Assistant

Gaasly speaks the MCP standard, so the assistant you already pay for can build your pages, read your customers and look after your campaigns. Your assistant knows how to connect itself: you only hand it one message.

That address is the same for everyone. Your own Gaasly account is what you sign in with.

Setup

Let Your Assistant Connect Itself

Your assistant knows its own settings better than any guide we could write, and those settings change often. Copy one message, paste it into a new chat and follow the steps it gives you. You only do this once.

  1. 1

    Copy this message

It has everything your assistant needs to know about Gaasly, including the connector address.

Help me connect my Gaasly account to you. Gaasly is a custom MCP connector at https://cloud.gaasly.com/api/mcp and I sign in to it with my Gaasly account (OAuth). Walk me through adding it in the app I am using right now, one step at a time, and tell me if my plan needs anything switched on first.
  2. 2

    Paste it into your assistant

Open a new chat, paste the message and do what it says. When it asks, sign in with your Gaasly account.

  3. 3

    Start asking

Once Gaasly is connected, go back to any chat. If you have no idea what to say first, say this:

Help me get started with Gaasly

It looks at what is in your account and walks you through the first thing worth doing. Nothing reaches visitors until you publish.

Already know your way around connectors? The address is https://cloud.gaasly.com/api/mcp. Stuck anyway? Support replies within one business day, or book a meeting and we will set it up with you.

First things to try

What to Ask on Day One

Nothing set up yet is the normal starting point. The first two below are how most people begin, and the rest follow once your site is live and leads are coming in.

  • Get a site built

"Build me a five page site for my plumbing business in Bristol. Here are the services, the areas we cover and our phone number."

  • Bring your current site over

"Copy my existing site at example.co.uk into Gaasly, keep the wording and the addresses, and show me what you changed."

  • Change something

"Add a booking section to the contact page and put our opening hours next to it."

  • Write a new page

"Write a page about our winter service, in the same tone as the rest of the site, and link it from the menu."

  • Check the week's leads

"Who got in touch last week, and which of them have been in touch more than once?"

  • Prepare for a call

"Remind me what this customer asked us last time before I ring them back."

Questions

Common Questions About the Connector

Does the connection cost anything?

No. You pay for your Gaasly products from £1 a month each, and for whatever plan you already have with your assistant. The connector itself is included.

What can my assistant actually do?

It can read your Gaasly account and build and change your website. In the CRM it can add and update contacts, add notes and log calls and meetings, if you allow it when you connect. It cannot send emails or messages for you yet. Nothing goes live on your site until you publish it.

Why don't you have step-by-step instructions?

Claude and ChatGPT change their settings screens often, so any guide we write goes out of date. Your assistant always knows its own current version, which makes asking it the most reliable way to connect.

Can other people in my company connect too?

Yes. Each person adds the same address in their own assistant and signs in as themselves, so you keep seeing who changed what.

Which other assistants work?

Anything that supports the MCP standard, including Grok and a growing list of others. The address is the same wherever you add it.

How do I disconnect it?

Remove the connector in your assistant's settings and access stops there and then. Your Gaasly account, your site and your data are untouched.

Something is not working. Who do I ask?

Our support page has three ways to reach us, and a person replies within one business day. Tell us which assistant you are using and what it says.
